Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete the data RevShare Labs, Inc. holds about you at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
Option 1: Delete from within RevShare
- Sign in at app.revshare.to.
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and select Disconnect next to any Meta account you want removed. This immediately stops all data retrieval and deletes the stored access token.
- To remove everything, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Remove RevShare from your Facebook account
You can revoke our access directly from Meta, without signing in to RevShare:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find RevShare in the list.
- Select it and choose Remove.
- Tick the option to delete the posts, videos, and events the app has published, if shown.
Meta notifies us when you do this. We treat that notification as a deletion request and remove the associated Meta data on the timeline below.
Option 3: Email us
Send a request to privacy@revshare.to from the email address on your RevShare account, with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify your identity before we act, to make sure we are not deleting someone else's data.
What gets deleted
- All data retrieved from Meta, including advertising performance metrics, spend data, ad account identifiers, and business portfolio structure.
- Your Meta access tokens and refresh tokens, deleted immediately on disconnection, not on a schedule.
- Your profile information, including name, email address, and profile picture.
- Reports and derived analytics tied to your account.
- Usage and log data associated with your account.
What we may keep, and why
- Financial and transaction records: retained where required by tax and accounting law, typically for seven years.
- Records needed to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements: retained only for as long as that purpose requires.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your business.
- Reporting shared with a counterparty under a revenue-share arrangement may remain in that counterparty's own records. We will tell you if this applies to your account.
How long it takes
- Immediately: access tokens deleted, all data retrieval stops.
- Within 30 days: data removed from active production systems.
- Within 90 days: data removed from encrypted backups as those backups age out.
